Whitehouse United Methodist Men (UMM) was organized in the late 1970's. The UMM is open to all men of the church. Membership is $12 per year. We meet the 3rd Monday of each month at 6:30 PM for a time of food, fellowship and programs of interest to the men. The UMM hosts the annual Sweet Heart Banquet ever year and treat the ladies of the church to a nice meal and entertainment. On occasion, we invite guest speakers to come in for a special program.
The UMM does minor repairs on the church building. We help support the children and
youth activities through the aluminum can collection. The group does minor projects
on senior citizens homes
(ramps, doors, windows). The UMM paid for and installed
the fence for the Pumpkin Patch. We also have an annual fish fry to celebrate the
year.
