God is Love! Jesus told His disciples, in Mark 12:30, the Two Greatest Commandments were:
First, “To love the Lord your God with all of your heart, and with all of your soul, and with all of your mind, and with all of your strength.”
And second, “To love your neighbor as yourself.”
In Matthew 28:19, He gave His disciples the Great Commission, and told them to “go and make disciples of all the nations.”
As Christians, and as modern day disciples of Jesus, we are called and charged to follow in His footsteps, and in those of His first disciples. Likewise, we have an awesome opportunity to be in partnership with Jesus.
