Quilts for Kids is a group of ladies that meets each Tuesday from 9:00 am till approximately 12:00 pm creating quilts to be given to children in East Texas who have special needs.  

Some have injuries, some are sick, some are sad, some are lonely---whatever their need, QFK is in the business of bringing comfort.  In the past ten years QFK has created and given away hundreds of quilts for just this purpose.

Thus far in 2011 we have delivered 134 quilts to local hospitals and Hospices. In the ten years we have been meeting we have delivered 1500 quilts as hugs and love to children, families and military.
