Sunday School
Children’s Sunday School Classes:
Pre-K and K led by Susan Robinson and Linda Greenwell. Meets downstairs by the nursery.
1st, 2nd, 3rd graders led by Lori Godwin, Cathy Hughey, Joe Greenwell and… explores Bible stories and characters using crafts, drama and discussion. The class meets upstairs in the first room on the right.
4th, 5th, 6th graders led by Marsha Auld, Carrie Hobbs is exploring the bible using the “Hands on Bible” curriculum. A great way to learn bible teachings in a hands on approach. Class meets upstairs.
Youth Sunday School Classes:
Junior High – a newly formed class for 7th and 8th graders led by Terri Deike. Following “Wild Truth” bible lessons curriculum, a 12 week study based on wild bible characters. Meets upstairs in newly decorated classroom. Join the fun as we learn Bible teachings based on wild Bible characters.
Senior High - led by Karn Schmidt and Margaret Theiring. The discussion type class gets a jump on Pastor Matt’s sermon by exploring the scriptures for the day. Sr. High meets in the youth room located by Friendship Hall at the back of the church.
Young Adult and Adult Classes:
Bee Keepers – young adults class, single and married, is led by Pastor Matt Thomas. A dynamic discussion type class. The Bee Keepers meet upstairs.
Side-by-Side – Adults of any age that are young at heart! A discussion type class led by Dave Auld that is studying the book of Corinthians. Class meets in last room on the right before entering Friendship Hall.
Discovery – Mature adults through led by Debby Baker meets in the classroom in Pike Hall. A lively, interactive discussion class using Methodist materials.
